Available in 6 different colours. Receives positive responses from overseas buyers and customers.
SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Dong-A Pencil.Co., Ltd. introduced a new art education product, rightly dubbed the name "Clayon Dough". The product is released under the brand name TORU by Dong-A Teaching Materials Co., a subsidiary of the mother company.
The new product, Clayon Dough (http://eng.dongapen.com/portfolio-item/clayon-dough-2/), is designed to be malleable before it dries, just like plasticine, and when it is dried, it turns into a crayon. After a 24-hour drying period, it does not melt or smudge when handled.
The product is available in yellow, blue, green, red, white and black — children will be able to mix and match different colors in any way they want, further increasing the freedom of playability.
The previous clay materials were thrown away after it dries, but this product can be re-used and kept as drawing material, while the lifespan of the product can be prolonged by keeping it in a sealed container, making it different from the other products on the market.
The producers explained that it has drawn a lot of attention from overseas buyers, including ones from the US, as the company utilized new materials to create the brand-new art education material.
A spokesperson of Dong-A stated, "The product is drawing in a lot of attention for incorporating new materials to an environmentally friendly educational product, which is why it is being rated so highly."
The company is also famous for their Gel-Marker Glass Colour, Line-Clay, Non-dry Signpen as well as many other functional children’s art materials being sold worldwide.
Dong-A Pencil has been nominated as a "Hi-Seoul Brand" by Seoul City’s program to envigorate the city’s small and medium-sized companies for their excellence in technology and business competency.
