It has been acknowledged that physical activities such as these are the best ways to stay fit and healthy beyond fifty. This will enable our bodies to counteract the natural decrease of our metabolism. Experts also say that in order for exercise to benefit the heart and lungs, it is most advisable to exercise at least twenty minutes, three times a week. There’s no such thing as bad exercise as long as it’s kept simple and convenient to the person doing it while performing it correctly.
