Join together to break the Guinness World Record
HONG KONG, May 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — The first-ever Freefrom Festival in Asia, "Freefrom Festival Hong Kong", organised by Freefrom Foods International Association (FFIA) will be held during 6-8 July 2018 in Hall 5G, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre together with Hong Kong Bakery Carnival. Ms. Bonnie Lam, Founder and Chairperson of FFIA, kick-off the “Freefrom Festival Hong Kong” and introduce the activities of the Festival to the media.
Event highlights of the Freefrom Festival Hong Kong include: 1) "The Love Train" — Guinness World Record breaking event, 2) Freefrom Cooking Workshops, and 3) Freefrom Educational zone.
1) "The Love Train" — Invite public to join the Guinness World Record breaking event
Using gluten-free bread to achieve the new world record, "The Longest Line of Bread", with a total length of 1000 meters will be created during the Festival. The event is titled "The Love Train" as the line of breads symbolise the carts of a train, which spread love, hope and happiness to our society. People who join the event can write their love message on the package of the bread. All gluten-free breads will be donated to charities for those in need after the Festival. Your blessings will be carried by the Love train and drive to the community.

A corner to teach the public what food allergy and freeform foods are:
a. Food Allergy — Introduce what food allergy is and how it impacts our daily life. What kind of sickness may be caused by food allergy, for example eczema, intestinal health problems, etc.
b. Freefrom foods — Introduce what freefrom food is, how to select freeform foods, etc.
