The decision to partner with Project Screen was an easy one and it is part of our commitment to prioritise the safety and health of our students, staff and their family members who continue to serve the local community. Brian Lo, General Manager of Deliveroo Hong Kong, said, "Rider safety has always been at the top of Deliveroo’s most essential priorities. Riders continue to work at the front-lines of the community – it is our responsibility to both our riders, our customers, and the Hong Kong public and society, for Deliveroo to play a more active role in safeguarding the community from COVID-19. Our strong record of rider care and support started long before the outbreak of COVID-19, so we have made every effort to act quickly and efficiently during this time. We hope to inspire other private institutions to follow our lead in encouraging more testing of COVID-19 to lessen the burden of our health institutions, while supporting the flattening of the curve" Wayne Xu, President of ZA International, said, "Despite our lifestyle has been changed a lot due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we feel blessed for being supported by the Deliveroo riders, who have upheld their professionalism to deliver the food we love. ZA International wants to step forward to protect the well-being of the community and therefore we have extended the coverage of ZA Relief Fund to the riders of Deliveroo as a token of respect. With such financial aid, we hope that the riders and other stakeholders of the Hong Kong community will stand in solidarity in our fight against the COVID-19, so that the concerning situation will soon come to an end." The COVID-19 testing experience includes: WHO-recommended RT-PCR COVID-19 laboratory test (gold standard) with 99.9% sensitivity / specificity Next-day delivery with infectious disease deep throat saliva sample kit Same-day sample collection pick-up by trained professional at-home back to the laboratory Private, secure digital results provided within 1-business day Individuals with positive results will be provided a telehealth consult with an independent registered healthcare professional.
