Buchalter will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Göran A. Ando will become Chairman of the Board, with immediate effect. Current Chairman of the Board Teo Ming Kian has stepped down with effect from 1 May 2020 and Co-Founder, Andrew Khoo, will remain as a member of the Board.
